Driving directions from Vail Airport to check-in location at Beaver Creek Reception Center: Turn right out of the airport and travel east on US-6 towards US-6/Grand Ave( US-6 becomes US-6/Grand Ave). Turn left onto Eby Creek Rd. Take the I-70 E ramp towards Denver. Merge onto I-70 East. Take Exit 167/Avon and go around the traffic circle. Proceed through three more traffic circles, heading straight. The Beaver Creek Reception Center is at 38320, Hwy 6. Keys and directions to Townsend Place Condominiums will be given at check-in.

The Beaver Creek Reception Center is open from 7 AM–9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM–11PM Friday and Saturday during the off-peak season. The reception center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week beginning November 15th. Guests arriving after hours during the off-peak season will find check-in instructions on the reception-center door.
